  • maintaining the staff documentation
  • preparing the payroll
  • calculating the income tax deductions from natural persons
  • calculating the social insurance contributions
  • representation of the Client during inspections of such authorities as the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP), Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), Tax Office (US) and Treasury Control Office (UKS)
  • monitoring of employer’s obligations
  • monitoring of changes in the labour law
